thanks to Bugsy and Martin, our test site is up and running.. for one week and one week only, NightRunners wil be at this server untill we eventually get our server up and running. for now i’ll be editing a few things there and making sure the talker is working again the way it use to.. before we put the site adress.. those dreaded questions.. why did we close in the first place? and why that we return, did we decide to use amnuts 2.2 instead of 2.3?
the difference between the two programs, both done by no other than Andrew Collington, the makes of AmNUTS, the derivitive of NUTS (Neil Robertson)
Amnuts 2.2 has these feautures:
*BOTS, Objectfiles, commands such as flogin and cname, I would have to say a more workable coding, something you can grow with.
Amnuts 2.3
*A far superior coding than it’s 2.2 predecesor, but missing a few commands, easier way to code though, as far as directiories and functions
Until we get the 2.3 running again, 2.2 will be running at this server:

so okey here it is.. layout number 2.. the menu has been set on the right side, and we’ll try to put most of the contents in the middle! so yes it should look like this:

This should be instrumental on helping out chatters who need certain programs in order to access our talker..or other talkers for that matter.. we call this our “download these programs in order to get to our chat!”

If you need a portal to login to our webpage, then log in to:
at the bottom of that page, there’s a link that looks like this:

click on that, and it should open up a telnet window, or putty or whatever program you use to telnet..linking directly to the talker.
Or you can type the telnet adress on the web-browser bar like an http adress and there you go! If you need help, the links below should help you out Good LUCK!!
as you all know we have this blog posted on here to keep everyone upto date what’s happening at the NightRunners talker.. we also have a long list of groups from myspace, to friendster, to even facebook.. hopefully this list will help everyone get connected to the talker

I know this post is old news, but, yes in September, we lost a good friend in our chat..
